Interior Renovations of 18 500 s.f. of an existing industrial Building at 6 Garamond Court for the purposes of providing a multi-purpose cultural facility for the Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre. Scope of Work includes but is not limited to HVAC distribution system incorporating new and existing units, plumbing modifications, new lighting system and power distribution, data and communication system, partitioning and fire separations, new glazing systems, new flooring materials, special finishes, millwork and exterior fencing, exterior items, fencing, tower cladding and parking lot modifications are not complete as of March 31, 1999 due to weather related reasons.
