Replacement and new installation of watermain, water services and hydrants on 6th Street East and Superior Street. Replacement of a culvert within the 595 9th Avenue East easement. 70 metre length of road reconstruction on 6th Street East and restoration of all disturbed areas, including driveways, sidewalks, curbs, topsoil, sod and surface elements.
