Contract works included cold milling, grading, hot mix paving, restoration, pavement markings, removal and replacement of curbs, removal and replacement of steel beam guide rails, shoulder paving, shoulder stabilization, streetscaping including parkette reconstruction and landscaping, cross-culvert replacements, and other localized improvements
